With Master's and bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sport Psychology, our Head Coach specialises in preventing and treating psychological and physical stress, including burnout and overtraining. This is perfect for people who have tried to design their own plans in the past but have quickly become overwhelmed.

Online personal trainer cost?

Our Online Personal Training doesn't cost the earth. 

​

In fact, despite the high level of care we take over each client, we can still offer our online service for about half the price of a standard in-person Personal Trainer. 

​

Our Full plan costs just £25 a week and is open to clients across the globe. We also offer additional bolt-on virtual PT sessions, and even in-person training for clients in Lincolnshire, UK.

What does online personal training include?

Our in-depth program includes:

  • Detailed analysis of your goals using SMART targets

​

  • Psychological wellness and wellbeing coaching, evaluating stress and more

​

  • Individualistic exercise plans centred around your target; whether it's hypertrophy, muscular endurance specialisation or more

​

  • Nutrition and diet guidance: we can help you gain weight/lose weight/achieve a body recomposition

​

  • Weekly accountability and check-ins: our head coach will be in constant communication and happy to answer any questions you may have

Guaranteed progress

We guarantee you will be satisfied with your progress when coached by us. If not, we will refund our coaching fee, simple!
